I have been taking both our european cars (VW & Skoda) to Hycraft for a couple of years now and can't fault the service, pricing or the knowledgeable friendly guys in the office. And very affordable prices for parts and services. Very satisfied with Hycraft and would recommend highly.

Never do reviews but decided to make this an exception. Amazing customer service - free pickup and drop off. The work was done promptly and at a reasonable price. You can tell the place is run by nice genuine people. Definitely will be recommending to friends and family in the area. Thanks heaps!

Couldn’t recommend Hycraft & the whole team any higher. Their communication, transparency of what needs to be done with different options to suit, flexibility and incredible customer service sets the standard. I had my first service with Hycraft today and the team was incredible. As a teenage girl there’s always a fear of being ripped off or not being communicated with properly but Pam and Nathan were incredible at telling me exactly what they were doing and letting me know what will need to be done in the future. Fault with the car about two hours before my daughter's driving test. I called with my sob story and not only did they squeeze me in, they fixed the problem in a few minutes.
